You pay for the service you receive, and you receive the quality you pay for. If a quoted price turns out to be higher than the actual cost, I correct it without being asked. If the work takes less time than estimated, the price is reduced accordingly. If it takes more, I absorb the difference, because the price was agreed before the work began.
I verify information before I present it, whether it concerns pricing, technical recommendations, or the figures on an invoice. Anything found to be incorrect is corrected openly and promptly, and that standard applies to my own work first.
Anything you share with me remains confidential, both during the engagement and after it ends. This includes anything I see on your devices or accounts while working, which is often more than clients realize.
You have a single, dedicated point of contact. Response times are stated in writing so you know what to expect, and I meet them. When a provider or vendor needs to be contacted, I handle that communication on your behalf.
Domains, hosting, email, and third-party accounts are registered in your name from the start. I hold administrative access only and return it whenever you request it. Nothing is set up in a way that makes it difficult to change providers.
You receive written documentation of the work performed and how your systems operate, along with training if you would like it. Both are included in the price. The goal is for you to manage your technology with confidence, not to depend on repeat service calls.
If a less expensive option would serve you better, I will recommend it. If a service I offer is not the right fit for your situation, I will tell you. My priority is earning your long-term trust, not increasing the size of an invoice.
